All EM researchers interested in emergency medicine research, including multi-centre trials, education research, and quality improvement (QI) research are encouraged to attend the meeting.
You must be a CAEP member in order to join NCER member. Click here for more information about how to join NCER. The NCER Membership fee is $50.
Cancellations received in writing by January 27th, 2020 will be refunded minus a 25% administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after January 27th, 2020. Only cancellations received in writing (email@example.com) will be processed.
Protocols accepted for presentation may receive feedback in advance of the meeting to assist in preparation.

Note: you must be a CAEP and NCER member in order to submit or present a protocol, and you must be registered for the meeting.
Protocol submissions (new and updates) will be accepted starting in early 2020.
Accommodation & Travel
Discounted hotel rooms are available at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, but you must book your room by January 27th 2020, in order to access the special rate. The meeting will start early on February 25th so plan to arrive the night before. Rates below are based on double occupancy.
